CMZ SERVOANTRIEB

After decades of research and development in the field of automation, CMZ has designed and manufactured a new line of five SBD series brushless drive actuators. These products complete the ability to offer complete motion control packages to make it increasingly attractive to automation machine manufacturers who want to "make a difference".

The reference fieldbuses are Ethercat, CAN and Profinet. The standard Codesys for SBD driver provides easy interactivity with standard technologies used worldwide, and use with Codesys Master Controller is possible. The internal programmability (IEC61131) makes the product powerful and customizable as the whole CMZ motion system, even in solutions without master controller. 

For the SBD drive, the display for status and error messages has been replaced by a cross-platform app (via Bluetooth) that allows reading even when the control cabinet doors are closed. Configuration and tuning of the new SBD drives can be done both 'classically' via Micro-USB via SDSetUP (CMZ configuration and calibration program), via Bluetooth technology with SDSetUp v.5, allowing any intervention even in situations when access to the machines is difficult.
