 The robot from igus, for example, works as a "Pick & Place" application, it picks up required parts and places them at the chosen position. It can grasp up to three kilograms with one grip and, at maximum weight utilization, perform between seven and ten "picks" per minute. Using a camera above the work surface or at the frontend, the robot optimally scans the area to be processed, receives the data and then monitors it on the program. So regardless of how the parts are positioned, robolink is able to pick them up.

 The intelligent device is controlled via digital inputs and outputs or a bus system of the superior controller. The user writes the desired programs within the software, after that the robot will do the work by itself.

It can be used in any process in which individual parts have to be picked up and placed elsewhere. robolink is also suitable for checking screens or used cell phones (dismantling the display, disassembling it into individual parts).
